Employment Allowance for companies is increasing
Good news for small companies, Employment Allowance is increasing by £1,000 from 6th April 2022.
Companies with Class 1 National Insurcance contributions less than £100,000 in the previous tax year can claim £5,000 against National Insurance contributions in this financial year.
To activate Employment Allowance you need to make sure you sign up to receive it through your payroll software.
If you claim it and are not entitled to, the amount will be added to your contributions owed.
